ANOTHER TAPE MANI





I used Wet n Wild black creme as a base coat, then China Glaze Lorelei's Tiara (from the Eye Candy collection) on top :)

    I think it's amazing! The time it took you to cut each of those pieces of tape was probably excruciating. But it paid off. Beautiful!
